The smaller swatches in the top row are without Ultraseal, and the stains penetrated immediately. The
larger fabrics are finished with Ultraseal, and two drops of stain were applied to each; the bottom one
was cleaned off with absorbent paper towel, leaving virtually no trace.

Protecting your carpet - Extend your Carpets’s Life & Beauty By Years!
New Carpet Fibers – Here’s an illustration of what your carpet fibers look like when
they’re new – squeaky clean.  New Carpet from the manufacturer comes with a
protective layer over the fibers.
Worn Carpet Fibers  - Let’s face it.  We live in Texas where sand, dirt, pollen and
dust mites – along with a host of other allergens – get ground into your carpet fibers.
Through normal use, the protective layer form the manufacturer is worn and scratched,
making the carpet fiber more porous and subject to easier staining.  The soils can
even act like sand paper, wearing down one of the largest investments in your home.
Dirty Carpet Fibers – As the surface of your carpet fibers are walked on and become
worn, they become porous and attract and trap more sand, dirt, pollen, and everything
else your family has brought home from the outside world.  In a way, this is your carpet
working hard to do its job – to be the largest air filter in your home.  Forget all the new
hype about tearing out all carpeting and putting in hard flooring.  That “health” frenzy
is based upon unfounded speculation.  Numerous, truly scientific studies performed the
world over in the past decades have proven that carpeting, when cleaned regularly, will capture airborne
allergens and keep them trapped, so you won’t breathe them in, thus, making your home a healthier
environment.  The best way to have all these foreign particles effectively removed form your carpets is by
the truck-mounted hot water extraction method, as used by Pro Carpet Care.  However, this will only bring
your carpet fibers back to the second illustration above – clean, but with porous surfaces, wide open for
foreign invaders to get lodged into your carpet.
Carpet Protector – When carpet protector is applied after each professional cleaning,
the porous openings in your carpet fibers are filled in, leaving a smooth surface.  Every
time you vacuum, all the sand, dirt, pollens and other soils are whisked away by your
vacuum cleaner.  And with our ULTRASEAL your carpet will resist common household
spills better than many of the factory applied protectors!  Quite simply, with our
ULTRASEAL applied, and regular vacuuming, your carpets will stay cleaner longer.
This adds years to the life & beauty of your carpet and makes a healthier home!
Don’t just clean your
carpets – protect them!
You’re family deserves all
the health benefits that a
professional cleaning,
protectant, and regular
vacuuming can provide.
